Roastwarden 0.27.1

Two report pages get back the room they lost, and the README and user guide show the app: Roasters, Label Studio, a share page and Reports, from a copy of the owner's own data.

Fixed

• Traceability and roast-day plan pages breathe again: on the trace report each roast's small labels (Roasted, Roaster · profile, Green → roasted, Left) sat on the values under them, and on the plan sheet a roast's title and its "Last time" note crowded the line above. Both have room now.

Docs

• Screenshots in the README and the user guide: Roasters, Add roaster, Label Studio (the designs, a design read for sale, a Print sheet), a share page on a phone, the Reports page and two roasts compared, all from a copy of production's data (docs/images/).
• scripts/dev/guide-shots.mjs retakes them, and docs/DEVELOPMENT.md, "Guide screenshots", says how to make the cleaned copy it runs on.
