Roastwarden 0.16.0

More of Artisan's machines are set up from its catalogue: 176 of 264 now (145 before). Fuji PID roasters, Arduino TC4 machines (Hottop, Kaleido), Probat and Prisma over Artisan's WebSocket, ROEST over MQTT, the Loring Smart Roast (BCD values) and Delta DTA/DTK lines (Modbus ASCII) come with their connection, mapping, commands, outputs and channels, starting at control off.

  • More of Artisan's machines set up from its catalogue (Next 73, Roasters from Artisan's catalogue): 176 of the 264 machines now plan a roaster (145 before).
    • Fuji PIDs (Sedona Elite, Phoenix ORO, Santoker, Wintop, Bideli): Artisan's Fuji protocol is Modbus RTU, so a register map from its PXG, PXR and PXF tables: each PV as BT or ET, the ET controller's output as the heater's read-back, its SV as the setpoint.
    • Arduino TC4 machines (Hottop TC4, Kaleido Legacy): the serial TC4 connection as stock aArtisan answers, the sliders' serial commands as templates, the fan's output.
    • Artisan's WebSocket machines (Probat P Series III, G/UG, Sample Roaster, Prisma PLC): the URL, Artisan's request poll, an ingest mapping of every channel, the sliders' send(…) frames as templates.
    • Artisan's MQTT machines (ROEST 100, 200, P3000): an ingest mapping of the channels' paths; the topic is the owner's (ROEST's data bridged into the server's broker).
    • A curve named RoR is a channel in °C/min; a formula that is a scale (x*1000) is applied.
  • BCD register values: data types bcd16 and bcd32 in a register map (the Loring Smart Roast's BT, ET and burner), read and written by the Modbus poller.
  • Modbus ASCII: framing: "ascii" on a Modbus RTU connection (7 or 8 data bits), a client of rustRoast's own (modbus_ascii.rs), for Delta DTA and DTK controllers and 9 more machines; roast roaster add --transport modbus_rtu --framing ascii, Framing in the dashboard's RTU forms.
  • A WebSocket command template may carry {id}, a request number, as Artisan's protocol wants.
  • roast roaster add --artisan takes --telemetry-topic (MQTT) and --host or --device-url (a WebSocket) for what the file cannot know; --dry-run shows the mapping, poll and templates. The Add roaster wizard takes every kind of plan.
