After an emergency stop, the top bar's STOP turns into a Fan off button once the roaster has cooled, so quieting the fan is one tap instead of a trip to the Roast page's slider.

- Fan off after an emergency stop (owner, 2026-10-31): STOP runs the fan at full; once the heater is off and the roaster (BT and ET) has cooled below the roast sequence's cool-down temperature, the header's STOP becomes Fan off, one tap instead of the Roast page's slider. While it is still hot the button stays STOP, as the fan is what cools it; while the server cools after DROP it turns the fan off itself.
